Christopher Nolan: The Future Of Film?

Christopher Nolan is one of the most popular and widely respected Directors in today's filming industry. Nolan has been known to take audiences on one of the greatest rides they will ever experience. His films always keeps the audience guessing, and when you feel like you have had enough... you just want more. What is Christopher Nolan's future to be in Tinseltown? Will he still be able to shock audiences around the world? Is he an example of what young directors will strive to be like? Will he be a name that fans will keep in their hearts and minds as one of their favorites directors like James Cameron, Clint Eastwood, or Steven Spielberg; or will he just fade away in time? Ha ha not likely!
Nolan  has done some of the most memorable films and in just 11 years, starting from "Memento" (2000) to his last installment of the Batman trilogy "The Dark Knight Rises" which will hit theaters summer (2012)

I can say without a doubt that every film Christopher Nolan has done I have always walked away impressed every time and never feeling like I was cheated out of my money and cheated out of a few hours of my life. I take my hat off to Nolan who's mind is so creative and so sublime that he is guaranteed to be the most genuine film makers the world will come to know.

If you enjoyed watching "Inception" which was one of summer  (2010) biggest juggernauts, then you have got to ask yourself, how does Christopher Nolan do it? How does he keep me at the edge of my seat every time; and how does he seem to surpass himself through every film? I believe that Nolan's film making is like the  saying people have for wine "Only gets better with age". Nolan's mind and ideas are so fantastic and original that I truly believe that he will succeed beyond what words can comprehend.
When I read that "The Dark Knight Rises" will be Nolan's last Batman film, I was shocked and now am worried that the franchise might sink to the bottom, like the Batman films did in the 90's after Tim Burton and Michael Keaton left; cause the studio wanted a new direction... What a mistake considering that Tim Burtons first two Batman films made over 228 million more then Joel Schumacher's two Batman films.

The studio bosses should just leave the Batman films alone after Nolan is finished especially since he has made them over 1.3 billion dollars already on just the first two films; but who knows maybe the studio bosses just like to loose money. I'm not saying they can't be done again, but just let the glory of Nolan's trilogy seep in for a while.

So what will Christopher Nolan do after Batman trilogy is over? I'm sure he has so many amazing ideas just running through his mind 24/7. He just needs to pick one that he knows will blow the audience's mind and leave them breathless and speechless. I can leave this last note saying that I truly believe that Christopher Nolan is the future of cinema, and will always make sure his films always leave on a high note. Nolan once said “I think audiences get too comfortable and familiar in today's movies. They believe everything they're hearing and seeing. I like to shake that up.” I am confident and will put my faith in Nolan 100% because he has not let the audience down yet, so why doubt someone who's visions are without a doubt working.
